At Upscale Male, our customer service policy is rather simple, we stand by our work. Although we thoroughly train, promote and maintain high quality of service standards for all of our stylists, we can’t realistically expect a perfect haircut to walk out of our door every day. We recognize and embrace that tailored haircuts and styles across hundreds of hair types and head shapes, often result in a multitude of variables that can be occasionally overlooked, sometimes requiring a full reassessment and revision. We genuinely want our clients satisfied with the services that they pay for at Upscale Male, and we will gladly schedule a new appointment to allow for a full revisit of your recent haircut when desired. Our scheduling team can conveniently offer UM FlexBack appointments, which are full 30 minute appointments that are both no charge or tip allowed to our clients. Our salon generously compensates our stylists for extra FlexBack time spent with clients, thus ensuring they will be focused on addressing your concerns, and most importantly at no extra cost to you. All that we ask is that you submit your Flexback Request within 7 days of your haircut for our team to properly assess and address your concerns.
