A message to our clients

As you proceed to schedule your next haircut appointment, you will likely be offered limited availability over the next 3-7 business days. Please know that our booking website is not experiencing any technical issues. We are unfortunately extremely short staffed and our salon is often dealing with unexpected health related call-ins from our stylists. Additionally, our industry is experiencing an unprecedented shortage of stylists since COVID-19 began and UM’s tough hiring standards and strict experience requirements only makes our ability to fully staff our salon even more challenging in this environment. We understand that it may be frustrating to plan ahead for your haircut, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. We truly value all of our clients and we strongly encourage you to plan at least 3-7 days out for your next haircut appointment. Thank you for your patience, flexibility and understanding as we try and get back to a fully staffed salon to better serve you.
